What will the process of making and implementing the bidding system look like?
Introductory consultation
Its aim is to learn about the real requirements of the project, the current sales process, and to understand the characteristics of the products and services offered. This consultation allows us to develop assumptions for the future system and to prepare a precise valuation. The consultation usually ends in 4-8 hours, during which we meet the owner, managers and 1/2 salespeople.
Preparation of documentation
Preparation of full documentation of the future system, describing all processes and steps taking place in it, along with the preparation of mockups, i.e. content layouts on the screen of all modules, views and steps. This stage is quite time-consuming, but necessary and requires a lot of attention, as it will precisely define the functionalities of the future system.
